Revit stairs3/13/2024 ![]() Which would let you take the first run+landing and just hide it in the view.Ĭreate a new 2D element that is a jagged "cut" line, with a masked region have the ends of the jagged "cut" line go a bit past your masked region so it looks pretty on the paper - should be a pretty simple 2D family to make but seems like a pain when the stair should simply cut at the cut plane and show "hidden" in the view depth which would make it all manageable in the VG options. Or hide the element entirely.Ī solution would be to model your last run separately but seems like a lot of extra work for not a whole lot of benefit. Well seems like the solution is masked region, or 2D elements. Yep seems to show the ENTIRE stair, even if your cut plane and view depth doesn't (or shouldn't) capture the entire stair.
